Empty cans are turned upside down by a magnetic tape can-turning device, and then the inner walls of the cans are directly rinsed with water spray. An air-blowing device can also be equipped to blow the empty cans clean, meeting food hygiene requirements. It is innovatively developed based on the filling process requirements for metal cans. It is mainly used for continuous cleaning of empty 250g three-piece tinplate cans, and is also applicable to other types of tinplate cans of similar sizes and shapes. It features good cleaning effect, reasonable structure, stable and reliable operation, easy operation and maintenance, and high production efficiency. If steam is used instead of compressed air for drying, the effect is even better, providing both drying and high-temperature sterilization functions, making it an ideal piece of equipment for can-based food and beverage production lines.

Applications of can washers: Mainly used for continuous cleaning of empty easy-open cans, and also applicable to other types of tinplate cans of similar sizes and shapes. It features good cleaning effect, reasonable structure, stable operation, and high production efficiency, making it an ideal piece of equipment for can-based food and beverage production lines.

Use and operation of can washers:

1. Before starting, check the disinfectant liquid level, power supply, and air pressure to ensure they are normal. Use manual mode to check whether each solenoid valve and cylinder operates properly and normally. Verify that the rotation direction of each water pump is correct and that air is completely purged. If any abnormality is found, the fault must be corrected before production can begin.

2. The equipment operates fully automatically for rinsing, disinfecting, filling, placing lids, and pressing lids, requiring no human intervention. However, operators should closely monitor the status of each part during operation. If any problem is found, switch the manual/automatic switch to manual mode to prevent accidents. If the chain position is incorrect, use manual mode to push out the main shaft, then push the chain back to its normal position. During operation, disinfectant should be replenished in a timely manner to prevent the pumps from running dry and burning out the seals.

3. After production ends, drain any residual liquid from the pipelines, then shut off the air supply, water source, and power.
