Commissioning and trial operation is mainly divided into three stages:
1.Preparation stage of installation and commissioning. Service engineers are responsible for checking whether the customer's equipment, accessories, auxiliary parts, tools, drawings, and documentation are complete. Technical personnel, quality inspectors, and installation staff, based on the characteristics and technical requirements of the equipment installation and commissioning undertaken, prepare the construction organization plan, installation and commissioning plan, and formulate corresponding technical measures, clearly defining key process links and work schedules, and establishing special quality inspection cards for each machine.
2.Implementation stage of installation and commissioning. The focus of this stage is to strictly follow the quality requirements specified in the process and the installation and commissioning procedures, guide or organize personnel to carry out the installation and commissioning of the equipment, resolve technical issues that arise during installation and commissioning, supervise and inspect the quality of installation and commissioning, and ensure that the equipment starts up successfully and meets the specified technical requirements.
3.Summary stage of installation and commissioning. After successful equipment installation and commissioning, summarize the engineering quality of the installation and commissioning, listen to user opinions and suggestions, so as to improve product design and manufacturing processes to meet customers' future needs.
