Beer brewing equipment, including:
Raw material storage equipment – malt and rice silos, conveying pipe bridges, air dust collectors, temperature and humidity monitoring and control equipment, ventilation equipment, weighing and metering equipment, etc.;
Raw material preparation equipment – malt and rice conveyors, centrifugal dust collectors, vibrating screens, malt and rice mills, storage hoppers, automatic electronic weighing scales, etc.;

Beer fermentation equipment – fermentation tanks, fermentation temperature control equipment, yeast culture propagation tanks, CIP cleaning and sterilization equipment, hot water and caustic preparation equipment, etc.;
Beer filtration equipment – yeast centrifuges, filter pad diatomaceous earth filters, rotary polishing filters, membrane filters, beer turbidimeters, deoxygenated water preparation equipment, high-concentration dilution devices, etc.;
Beer storage and distribution equipment – bright beer storage tanks, temperature control equipment, volume measuring devices, distribution beer pumps, and automatic control and metering devices, etc.;
Brewing is the first step in beer production, and brewing equipment is the most important and fundamental equipment for beer production. Whether qualified beer can be produced depends entirely on whether the brewing equipment can provide sufficient guarantee for the brewing process. Brewing is also a continuous process operation, generally without redundant design or backup configuration. Therefore, in addition to daily maintenance, regular preventive overhauls or shutdown maintenance are usually concentrated during the off-season of production and sales.

Beer packaging equipment, including:
Bottling equipment – depalletizers, decasers, case conveyors, bottle conveyors, bottle washers, fillers, pasteurizers, labelers, case packers, palletizers, CIP cleaning and sterilization equipment, as well as empty bottle inspectors, level detectors, and inkjet printing equipment, etc.;
Canning equipment – can depalletizers, fillers, pasteurizers, can conveyors, level detectors, bundlers, film case sealers, case conveyors, palletizers, CIP cleaning and sterilization equipment, etc.;
Kegging equipment – flash pasteurizers, fully automatic keg fillers, hot water and caustic preparation equipment, CIP cleaning and sterilization equipment, automatic weighing devices, keg conveyors, keg washers, etc.;
Packaging is the final process of beer production and the last step in product formation, relating to the ultimate realization of quality and value. Like brewing, packaging is also continuous process production, and packaging equipment has no backup machines; any stoppage can cause significant losses. However, the production capacity of packaging equipment is often greater than or equal to the brewing capacity, and the packaging production cycle is much shorter than brewing. Market sales also have a direct impact on packaging production planning. Therefore, in addition to major overhauls during the off-season shutdown period, packaging equipment can also utilize production intervals for medium and minor repairs and component repairs.

Auxiliary production equipment, including:
Steam generation and supply equipment – low-pressure industrial boilers, forced draft and induced draft fans, electric steam feed pumps, water purification and softening equipment, fuel storage and supply equipment, steam supply and distribution regulating devices, etc.;
Power generation and distribution equipment – diesel generator sets, starting control switchboards, feeder cabinets, cooling water circulating supply equipment, diesel fuel supply and metering devices, etc.;
High-voltage incoming cabinets, metering cabinets, high-voltage outgoing cabinets, transformers, on-load tap-changing control devices, low-voltage incoming cabinets, generator incoming cabinets, low-voltage outgoing cabinets, capacitor compensation cabinets, etc.;
Refrigeration and cooling supply equipment – various evaporators, low-pressure circulating liquid storage tanks, refrigeration compressors, condensers, water cooling towers, high-pressure liquid ammonia storage tanks, cooling liquid ammonia pumps, auxiliary cooling water pumps, etc.;
Compressed air generation and supply equipment – air filters, air compressors, air dryers, air receiver tanks, air distributors, cooling water towers, circulating cooling water pumps, etc.;
Water supply and drainage equipment – well water intake pumps or municipal water supply networks, industrial water filtration equipment, beer brewing water sterilization and softening equipment, production water recycling facilities, wastewater discharge facilities, etc.;
CO2 recovery equipment – CO2 water scrubbers, gas storage bags, CO2 compressors, CO2 dryers; Freon refrigeration compressors, CO2 condensers, evaporators, CO2 liquid storage tanks, evaporators, auxiliary cooling water pumps, etc.;
Wastewater treatment equipment – collection wells, lift pumps, equalization tanks, rotary screen filters, aeration tanks, surface aerators and blowers, sedimentation tanks, sludge return pumps, sludge thickening tanks, sludge dewatering machines, sludge storage hoppers, as well as pH measurement and control devices, dissolved oxygen measurement and control devices, etc.
Auxiliary production equipment refers to primary energy supply equipment, secondary energy supply equipment, and environmental protection equipment. This is the basic equipment that all factories, including beer production enterprises, must have. It is the source of power for production and is as important as the human heart, requiring normal and safe operation every second. Undoubtedly, it is the top priority for plant-wide equipment maintenance, generally subject to mandatory planned maintenance and inspection/testing. Due to its indispensability, at the initial planning and construction stage of the factory, reliability redundancy design has been incorporated, with certain backup machines and equipment provided, and most are individual units. Therefore, maintenance of auxiliary equipment can be arranged in planned batches, or scheduled during holidays, weekends, or production intervals, offering great flexibility.
