Liquid fillers can be divided into atmospheric pressure fillers, pressure fillers, and vacuum fillers according to the filling principle. They have a wide range of applications and can be used in many industries, and have been used in the alcohol production process for a long time.

Atmospheric pressure fillers rely on the liquid's own weight to fill under atmospheric pressure. This type of filler is further divided into timed filling and volumetric filling, and is only suitable for filling low-viscosity, non-carbonated liquids such as milk and wine.

Pressure fillers perform filling under pressure above atmospheric pressure, and can also be divided into two types: one is where the pressure in the liquid tank is equal to the pressure in the bottle, and the liquid flows into the bottle by its own weight, which is called isobaric filling; the other is where the pressure in the liquid tank is higher than the pressure in the bottle, and the liquid flows into the bottle by pressure difference, which is mostly used in high-speed production lines. Pressure fillers are suitable for filling carbonated liquids such as beer, soda, and champagne.

Vacuum fillers perform filling under pressure below atmospheric pressure in the bottle.

This type of filler has a simple structure, high efficiency, and a wide range of adaptability to material viscosity, such as oils, syrups, fruit wines, etc.

The general process is as follows: boxes containing empty bottles are stacked on pallets, conveyed by a conveyor belt to a depalletizer, where pallets are unloaded one by one. The boxes are conveyed to a decaser, where empty bottles are removed from the boxes. The empty boxes are conveyed to a case washer, cleaned, and then conveyed to the case packer for loading bottles filled with beverage. Empty bottles removed from the decaser are sent by another conveyor belt to a bottle washer for sterilization and cleaning, inspected by a bottle inspector, and then sent to the filler and capper after meeting cleanliness standards. Beverage is filled into the bottles by the filler. The filled bottles are capped by the capper, conveyed to the labeller for labeling, then sent to the case packer for packing into boxes, and finally sent to the palletizer for stacking on pallets and storage in the warehouse.
