Water treatment system

Quartz sand filter:
A sealed container made of 1Cr18NiTi stainless steel with built-in sand filter elements. It only allows untreated liquid to pass through the filter elements themselves, and absolutely no passage through other parts, thereby achieving filtration and clarification. It can be widely used in the petroleum industry, pharmaceutical industry, winemaking industry, beverage industry, etc., and is an ideal device for producing high-quality water.

Water purifier:
Suitable for purification treatment of drinking water. It can remove off-colors, off-odors, and metallic substances such as mercury, lead, zinc, iron, manganese, and chromium from clean water. It also removes hydrides, sulfides, residual chlorine, and other high-molecular organic compounds. It is an ideal device for water purification in industries such as domestic drinking water, food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, etc.

Sodium ion exchanger:
Used to reduce the hardness of water. Raw water passes through the exchanger from top to bottom for softening. The magnesium, calcium, and cations in the water exchange with the sodium ions of the water exchange agent. The raw water is softened into water containing very little calcium, magnesium, and salts (called soft water), which can be used for boiler feed water and industrial water. Since sodium ions are highly soluble in water, they do not form hard scale inside the boiler and are easy to remove. The water entering the sodium ion exchanger should have been clarified and filtered, essentially free of suspended solids. After softening through the exchanger, its residual hardness does not exceed 0.03 milligram equivalent per liter.

Treatment capacity:
1–100 t/h
