Bottle conveying system

* The bottle conveying system controls the speed of the bottle conveyor belts through interlocking with the operating status of the production line, preventing bottles from squeezing each other and causing jams, tipping, or rail deformation. The entire bottle conveying system uses stainless steel construction, with pressureless conveying at the infeed of the filler and labeler. The curved bottle conveying sections use magnetic chain plates for turning.
* Rated bottle conveying capacity: 20,000–50,000 bottles/h;
* The single-lane bottle conveyor speed meets production capacity requirements;
* Applicable bottle types: 300–640ml standard round beer bottles;
* 90-degree curved conveying sections of the bottle conveyor use magnetic turning;
* The side plates of the bottle conveyor are made of brushed stainless steel sheets, thickness ≥ 2.0mm, total width ≥ 155mm, with all internal connecting parts made of stainless steel;
* The conveyor frame lining uses stainless steel bent liners, thickness ≥ 2–3mm, and the guide strips and rail supports are formed by bending 1.2mm thick stainless steel sheets (M-shaped);
* The bottle conveyor support frames are made of Φ50mm x 2mm stainless steel tubes. Rail supports, support frame clamps, and connecting frames are all made of stainless steel;
* Guardrail push rods are made of Φ14mm stainless steel material, and machine foot plates are made of ultra-high molecular weight materials;
* All fasteners are made of stainless steel materials (including foot adjustment screws);
* Conveyor chain plates use high-quality domestically produced 2Cr13 stainless steel flat-top chain plates. Each lane of the bottle conveyor has a pitch of 85mm, with chain plate specifications of 82.5mm x 38.1mm x 3mm;
* The cable trays for the bottle conveyor are made of stainless steel δ ≥ 1mm, manufactured according to national standards;
* The transmission gear motors use high-quality domestic brands (Tongli brand) side-mounted plug-in gear motors. The drive shafts and driven shafts of the bottle conveyor are made of commonly used materials;
* All flange-end bearings of the bottle conveyor use high-quality domestic rolling bearings. The gear motors for the entire bottle conveying system are configured with speeds according to conveying requirements;
* Bottle inspection light boxes are provided at appropriate positions on the conveyor;
* Lubrication system is configured according to standard practice. All bottle conveyors are equipped with stainless steel drip trays, which are 15–20mm wider than the conveyor on each side to ensure no dripping onto the floor. The drip trays are all made of 1.2mm stainless steel sheets, with a rim height of 35mm and a 12mm inward curled edge on top to increase strength and safety. The drip trays are designed considering manual cleaning space (the distance from the lower edge of the side plate to the drip tray is 150–180mm);
* The drive wheels of the bottle conveyor are machined from solid MC nylon (split type);
* Matching guide strips, guardrails, support rollers, magnetic curved guide rails, round tube foot nuts, and center foot plates are all made of high-quality domestic engineering plastics;
* The entire line uses proximity switches and PLC for logic control, ensuring smooth passage without bottle jamming or tipping;
* The proximity switches and photoelectric switches throughout the line have a protection rating of IP67, providing high protection against direct water washing;
* The average weight per meter of the entire line (converted to single lane) is approximately 30 kg/m;
* Water consumption for spray lubrication: 2–3 m³/h.
