Case conveying system
* Depending on production needs, can be equipped with double chain plate case conveyors, wide chain plate case conveyors, belt conveyors, rubber anti-slip chain plates, double chain rollers, accumulating rollers, self-rotating rollers, mesh chain, ball chain case conveyors, and various wide series case conveyors. Merge sections, automatic case combining units, case turning units, etc., also equipped with case conveying counting function.
* Horizontal and inclined case conveying at angles less than 10 degrees uses double-lane stainless steel flat-top chain plate conveyor belts. For inclination angles greater than 10 degrees, belt conveyors are used. Horizontal conveying between the case packer and the palletizer uses roller conveyor belts.
* All inclined conveyor belts (inclination angle > 10 degrees) use reducer motors equipped with braking devices. For angles greater than 15 degrees, additional case guide frames are provided to prevent cases from tipping during operation.
* Side plate material is stainless steel 304, thickness δ ≥ 2mm, width ≥ 155mm.
* All drive shafts are made of No. 45 steel. Drive and driven shafts are smooth shafts with a surface finish of Δ7, and the fit clearance with bearings is 0.04–0.06mm.
* The drive and driven wheels for chain plate conveying are both two-piece split assembly, made of nylon 1010.
* Plastic guide strip thickness ≥ 3mm.
* Straight and curved flat-top chain plates are 82mm wide. Magnetic chain plates are used at curves. Pin diameter is Φ6.35mm.
* Drive shaft and driven shaft bearings use high-quality domestic bearings.
* Stainless steel cable trays are 100 x 50mm in size, with a thickness of 1mm, installed on the side of the case conveyor belt. Cable tray corner connections use standard 45 or 90 degree connectors.
* Roller case conveyors have smooth transmission, low noise, free rotation, and no dead points. Roller spacing is 76mm, material is stainless steel 304, diameter is 50mm, thickness ≥ 1.5mm.
* During roller operation, radial runout does not exceed 0.2mm.
* Roller sprockets are made of medium carbon steel and heat-treated.
* The material and specifications of rollers in belt conveyors are the same as those in roller conveyors. Roller spacing is 150mm, and return belt support roller spacing is 600mm. Belts are of imported brands.
* Equipped with case flow detection switches to control motor start/stop and interlock with corresponding main machines.
* Configuration of control systems, control cabinets, cables, cable trays, etc.
* The programmable controllers used throughout the line are Siemens S7-300 series. Frequency converters are Danfoss brand. Servo controllers and touch screens are Siemens brand. Photoelectric and proximity switches are Pepperl+Fuchs (P+F) brand.
* Electrical components installed on-site have a protection level not lower than IP67.
* Pneumatic components such as compressed air regulators, cylinders, and solenoid valves are FESTO brand.
* Air switches, circuit breakers, contactors, relays, etc. in the control cabinets are Schneider or Siemens brand.
