Conveyor belt

* The entire pressureless system is realized by having each motor controlled by a frequency converter to adjust speed steplessly or switch between high and low speeds based on the upstream and downstream conditions of bottle flow and case flow, maintaining a certain distance between bottles to achieve pressureless conveying.
* Fieldbus PROFIBUS or distributed I/O control can be used to reduce wiring and lower the failure rate.
* A human-machine interface can be selected, allowing parameters of each frequency converter to be changed via the touch screen, and monitoring the operating status of each motor, such as current, frequency, faults, running time, start/stop, etc., making operation more convenient, improving maintenance efficiency, and enabling timely detection of fault hazards and fault points.
* Pressureless bottle conveying sections are respectively configured before the filler-capper and the labeler, solving problems such as bottle squeezing, jamming, tipping, breakage, high noise, and instability when converting from multi-lane to single-lane bottle conveying in medium to high-speed bottling lines. It consists of an inclined multi-lane conveying section with three segments of different speeds, approximately 8 meters long, driven by three variable-frequency drive motors. Equipped with photoelectric detection for full bottles, accumulated bottles, and bottle supply count (number of bottles supplied per unit time), it uses PLC automatic synchronous tracking based on the speed pulse signals from the filler or labeler, adjusting the speed of the conveyor chain to ensure continuous, non-squeezing bottle supply. This section is also equipped with a bottle guiding and aligning device.
* The transmission gear motors use domestically branded plug-in gear motors, with drive motors mounted remotely.
* The curved conveying sections of the bottle conveyor use magnetic attraction turning.
* Electrical control components use imported components (proximity switches and photoelectric switches, electrical control components, frequency converters, etc., are imported) and are provided with signal interface connections to the main machines.
* Rated production capacity: ≥ 24,000 bottles/hour. Equipped with bottle catch trays on the sides to prevent bottle falls; bottles automatically roll into the trays when falling, maintaining smooth bottle flow and stable conveying. In the single-lane chain plate section, bottles pass through smoothly without squeezing or jamming.
* Sensor wiring: NPN polarity.
* Frequency converters and PLC: Mitsubishi (Japan). Main electrical components: DELIXI; other components: CHINT. Photoelectric switches and proximity switches: AUTONICS.
* 4 sets of bottle inspection tables are provided free of charge.
