Equipment composition:
Includes a complete set of filling and packaging line equipment, comprising a bottle depalletizer, decaser, bottle washer, case washer, cap feeder, filler-capper, pasteurizer, labeler, coding machine, case packer, bottle palletizer, bottle conveying system, case conveying system, electrical control system, etc.

Optional equipment:
For new bottles, a bottle depalletizer and a combination rinser-filler-capper can be selected. For packaging formats, a shrink wrap packer or carton packer can also be chosen.

Production capacity:
3,000–50,000 bottles/hour (based on 640ml glass bottles).

Technical features:
The overall line layout is rational, with each individual machine's rated capacity matched according to the line requirements;
The entire line uses pressureless conveying, ensuring high production efficiency;
The whole line fully takes into account energy saving and emission reduction, with reuse of thermal energy, water, and other energy sources;
