Carton packer

* This machine uses formed cardboard to automatically and continuously pack glass bottles, PET bottles, easy-open cans, wide-mouth bottles, etc., and is suitable for automated production lines for beer, beverages, seasonings, food, etc.

* Bottle infeed combination structure
a) Low-impact bottle infeed;
b) The infeed conveyor belt is driven by a variable-frequency motor and uses a plastic chain mesh conveyor belt;
c) The infeed conveyor lanes ensure that bottles can enter each lane smoothly and stably;
d) The arrangement and quantity of bottles in each lane are controlled by sensors above the conveyor belt.

* Bottle separation and grouping
a) Bottles are grouped according to the required quantity for each package, and the movement distance of each group is controlled by the bottle pusher rod to synchronize with the cardboard feed and push the bottles onto the cardboard;
b) Intermittent cylinder bottle separation, with precise positioning and simple and reliable adjustment;
c) The bottle pusher rod device is equipped with a clutch. In the event of a tipped or jammed bottle, the clutch will automatically disengage and the machine will stop. After the fault is cleared, the clutch can be manually reset by rotation.

* Cardboard feeding
a) Cardboard is picked one piece at a time from the cardboard magazine by a mechanical arm with suction heads, placed between guide rails, and delivered to the position under the bottles. When the two gear-controlled push plates push the bottles in, the bottles sit on the cardboard, forming a complete carton;
b) The storage capacity of the cardboard magazine can be large or small;
c) Sensors control that no cardboard is fed when there are no bottles.

* Carton forming
Cartons are fed in from the side of the machine channel, then folded into a "U" shape to wrap the bottles, and then wrapped from top to bottom. After the inner flaps are closed, hot melt adhesive is applied, and the outer flaps are folded and pressed by pneumatic devices. The slender upper flaps are closed by an upper press plate. The formed cartons are conveyed out by a pitch chain driven by the machine's main shaft.

* Advanced operating system
a) Fully automatic PLC control, using Siemens series products, with a dedicated LCD operation interface displaying instant and cumulative packaging quantities, and capable of printing via a connected printer;
b) Program settings can be changed more quickly and accurately;
c) The control panel uses electronic touch keypads and control buttons, allowing direct input and modification of packaging parameters, and storage of parameters for multiple different packaging specifications.

* Advanced control system
a) Real-time monitoring of the entire operation process. All working steps are detected by sensors, with automatic diagnostic functions. When any error occurs, the machine automatically stops, the alarm light flashes, and the error type is displayed on the operation screen;
b) Equipped with switching logic interlocking with external devices;
c) Electrical control meets international application standards (CE standard).

* Mechanical performance
a) Mechanical components are made of stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized steel, and corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy materials, with excellent surface coating quality and strong anti-rust performance;
b) Safety guard: Fully enclosed, consisting of a stainless steel frame with plexiglass panels, and all doors are equipped with safety door switches;
c) Equipped with complete safety devices, safe and reliable, and meeting safety standards;

* Patented roller pressing design for cartons, ensuring stronger carton adhesion and reliability for long-distance transportation of products.
