The warm bottle machine is a tunnel-type spray device that heats the bottle body through the heat exchange method of circulating hot water spray, in order to eliminate the effect of condensation on the bottle surface after low-temperature filling on labeling and packaging. It usually has three temperature zones (more zones can also be designed). After staged heating, the temperature at the center of the beverage reaches room temperature, generally designed to be 30–35°C.

The warm bottle machine mainly consists of a frame, conveyor chain plates, a transmission system, water storage tanks, circulation pumps, spraying devices, heating devices, and piping. The heater can be of either steam source type or electric heater type.
