Inverted bottle pasteurizer.

The inverted bottle pasteurizer is used to sterilize the bottle caps and the air inside the bottles after hot filling of tea and fruit juice beverages, reducing the number of microorganisms inside the bottles and ensuring the shelf life of the bottled beverages. After hot filling, the beverage bottles are conveyed by the conveyor chain into the inverted bottle pasteurizer, where the bottles are automatically turned from a vertical position 90 degrees to a horizontal position. During this process, the beverage inside the bottles is fully mixed with the caps and the air inside the bottles, and the heat of the beverage is used to perform secondary sterilization on the caps and the air inside the bottles. The bottles are then automatically returned to an upright position and sent to the spray cooler.

This machine uses an imported transmission chain, which is stable and reliable, causes no damage to the bottle bodies, and has infinitely variable conveyor speed.
